Meet Tony Allen

 With over 30 years of dedicated service to the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office, I bring deep experience, proven leadership, and a lifelong commitment to our community. I have worked in every division of the department and have led teams through some of the most challenging aspects of law enforcement. My goal is to continue serving the citizens of Hawkins County with integrity, professionalism, and transparency.

  • Church: Active member of First Baptist Church, Church Hill
  • Community Roles: Deacon and Lead of the Church’s Safety & Security Team
  • Family: Married to Lori Allen for 25 years
    • Lori serves as a Supervisor in Hawkins County Schools
    • Their son is a VHS and ETSU graduate 
    • Their daughter is a senior at VHS

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, East Tennessee State University, 1997
    • Minor in Psychology
  • Certified Field Training Officer, 1999
  • Graduate, TLEEDS (Tennessee Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar)
  • Enrolled, Southeastern Leadership Academy – Advanced Leadership in Forensics, 2025
